Abstract

The disk cure rack carries and accurately positions up to thirty 130mm disks and sixty 95mm disks. The rack is hand carried or hung on a cure cart by the stainless steel handle 1 (see the figure). For accurate positioning, the rack is mounted on the locating holes 2 in the nickel-plated tool steel rail 3. The polyetherimide plastic hangers 4 locate the individual disks on the rack rail. These molded hangers are removable for size changes, won't scratch or contaminate the disk, and will remain stable in the 355 degrees Fahrenheit cure oven.
