Scroll Arrows Conveniently Located on Screen

This disclosure provides for placement of up and down panel scroll arrows next to each other instead of one at top of panel and other at the bottom.

Provided is a technique which allows the user to easily scroll a line at a time forward or backward through a panel of data.

It alleviates the need for user to move from the forward arrow located at the right hand top corner of the screen all the way down the length of the panel to click on the backward scroll arrow, located at the bottom right of the screen, just to move one line through the data.

The advantage is a faster method to scroll data and easier, simpler access.
