Abstract

The disclosed NOR circuit operates on low power from a single power supply. It has high input and low output impedances with high FANIN and high FANOUT capabilities. It provides high performance with an active dot AND output and has high noise tolerance. The circuit performs the OR invert AND (OIA) function and is suitable for very large scale integration (VLSI). The high input and low output impedances make the use of PolySi wiring a viable consideration.
