Abstract

A technique is described whereby a half-high hard file bezel assembly functions as an air-intake medium and an on/off indicator panel, for use in a personal computer (PC). The half-high hard file bezel assembly is used to establish a unique appearance structure, while providing air flow required to hard files, through air in-take louvers incorporated into the bezel. The structure is intended to complement the appearance of bezels already in use on PCs. The two bezel assemblies, as shown above, show Model 1 bezel assembly when one half-high hard file is installed. Model 2 bezel assembly shows the concept when two half-high hard files are installed. An on/off indicator is incorporated into the louvers of the bezel, to characterize its usage.
