Abstract

Populated circuit cards can be conveniently supported for the attachment of test probes on either the component or wiring side by supporting the card within a rigid perimetral frame. In the figure, a set of four rectangular members 1 is secured together to form a lower enclosure 2 of length and width slightly smaller than circuit card 3 which is supported on top of enclosure 2. A similar surrounding and open top frame 4 of rectangular members 5 is placed over the edges of the circuit card and secured to lower enclosure 2 to grip the circuit card 3. Cut-outs 6 may be provided in members 1 to permit passage of cables.
