Abstract

Composite internal printed circuit connection elimination can be accomplished at the subcomposite level by a method comprising the following: 1. Milling out the circuit line termination lands at predetermined Logic Service Terminal (LST) sites on the subcomposites, using a flat-bottomed end mill. 2. Laminating the subcomposites into a composite printed circuit board. 3. Drilling and plating the LST holes in the composite to provide interconnections to the printed circuits except where circuit line termination lands have been eliminated.
