Abstract

By means of a mixture of cyanate and acetylenic monomers and/or prepolymers, or by means of a single monomer containing both types of functionalities, polymers are prepared which have two distinct curing temperatures, one relatively low and the other relatively high. By selection of the amount of each component and by appropriate control of temperature, specific flow and laminating properties are achieved, for example, in the fabrication of circuit boards.
