Abstract

An OR network is provided to derive a single binary valued output waveform from two input binary valued waveforms, the transitions of the output waveform being synchronized to three of the total of four transitions per cycle of the two input waveforms. Where the two input signals are clock signals, the resulting single output clock signal eliminates all subsequent skew problems that could arise if the input signals were continued to be separately utilized.
