Abstract

The positioning of small tools for fine work is aided by forming the tool support as a magnifier. Referring to the figure, a reciprocal pin vise 1 holding drill 2 is supported in a truncated hemispherical support 3. The support is of a transparent material and formed so as to provide a magnification of the work surface immediately beneath the drill and vise. This arrangement enables easier location of the work area.
