Abstract

The monitor shown above insures constant anode current/voltage, and can be maintained by visual means, i.e., adjusting the anode tuning capacitor to the required number. It involves the modification of a Plasma Therm Inc. basic SEV-ID monitor by 1. reducing the packaging by one half; 2. removing the voltage network and installing RF detector 1; 3. installing a variable range resistor 2 (0-52); and 4. Installing span resistor 3 (10K +/- .1%,).
