Abstract

Terminals 10 are inserted through openings 12 into the housing so that the spring-held ball members 14 pass partially through the opening 16 and contact the conductive strip 18. Cams 20 are then pivoted in place by arms 22 to lock balls 14 in the position in the holes 16 and thereby provide good electrical contact and mechanical stability for the connection.
