Abstract

A method is described to allow the user of a Personal Computer (PC) to cursor among the days of the seek and month in the Week and Month Modes of a Scheduler Program, in order to select a day to display or which to set a Reminder. The Scheduler Program has three modes: Day, Week, and Month. The Day Mode allows the user to enter appointments on separate lines. The Week Mode displays the week at a glance with the first six open time ranges or first six nonblank appointments displayed. The Month Mode displays a month at a glance with a separate graphic for days that have text or a reminder set. Reminder - A reminder is an indication that a day is special to the user. When set, a reminder graphic is visible in each mode of the scheduler.
