Abstract

A Schedule program is described which combines the functions of an appointment book, a desk calendar (weekly appointments), and a wall calendar all in one program. A schedule program is described containing 3 modes: Day, Week, and Month. These modes are designed to emulate an appointment book, a desk calendar and a wall calendar. The Day mode emulates an appointment book. It enables the user to view a single day and schedule or review appointments, set reminders and set alarms. Text may be entered to schedule appointments with the use of a full screen editor. The user may select another day by pressing the Day F key and keying in the date, or the Previous and Next F keys may be used to sequentially page backwards and forward through the days. When a reminder is set for a day, a graphic symbol is displayed on the screen.
