Abstract

This AND circuit provides an output signal indicating the presence of a signal at both A and B regardless of the order the A and B signals are presented to the circuit. The circuit consists of input FET's T1 and T2 and isolating FET''s T3 and T4, serially connected respectively, between the gate of FET T1 and input B and the gate of FET T2 and input A. The presence of bootstrap capacitors C1-C4 enhances the operation of the circuit by allowing the input FET's T1 and T2 to turn on sooner and remain on longer. FET's T4 and T3 transmit the level of A and B, respectively, and serve as isolating devices when bootstrapping takes place.
