Abstract

This is a pluggable jumper connector comprising a plastic housing 1 and a cooperating retainer cap 2 designed to enclose standard tuning fork-type connectors. The tuning fork-type connecters 3 and 4 are supported within the plastic housing 1. The structure functions as a multiposition jumper for electrically interconnecting a plurality of pin connections on a printed circuit card, a printed circuit board, or the like. The device provides a one piece jumper connector and eliminates wire wrap and solder operations. It facilitates field electrical interconnection of printed circuit board pin locations.
