Abstract

The improvement over prior true-complement generator circuits of a similar nature, is the addition of RF1 and RF2 as feedback resistors to prevent their respective transistors T1 and T2 from going into deep saturation when the input word line W(IN) - to the emitter of transistor T1 is in the "up" state (1.4 volts). W(o) is the true output and W(o) is the complement output. Preventing deep saturation of T1 and T2 insures minimum loading in the form of current into the emitters of T1 and T2 through inverse transistor action.
