Card Adapter for Continuous Form Printers

An adapter arranged to accommodate print medium feeding mechanisms of continuous form printers has an arrangement for retaining cards, which do not correlate with the drive mechanism, so that printing can be accomplished on those cards.

Plastic adapter 10 is shown with two rows of printer tractor feed pin mechanism matching holes 11 and 12. Spring clip 13 at the bottom or top of 10 grips the card through pad 15. A ledger card, cut form or other form of card, inserted into 13 can be run through a regular continuous form printer without special grippers, drive rolls or other special attachments by accommodating the existing feed mechanism.
