Board Bus

A terminal board 8 is constructed to mount circuit cards on one side of the board. On the reverse side of the board are terminal posts 12 used for the electrical connection through the posts to the circuit cards. The bus connects the terminal posts as desired. Feeder wires connect the buses for additional electrical configurations.

Shown is bus 10 mounted on terminal posts 12 by contact clips 14. Also shown are feeder tabs 16 stamped beside each contact clip. These tabs 16 enable electrical connection to the bus other than through posts 12. Deposited insulation 18 is applied between each feeder-tab and contact-clip set.
