Abstract

Illustrated is a package for the storage and dispensing of magnetic cards for the IBM Magnetic Card "SELECTRIC" Typewriter. The box is comprised of a portion which forms a sleeve 10 and an inner slide 12. Slide 12 has formed in the back thereof flap 14 which, when inserted within slide 10 and then pulled outward, engages lock flap 16 of sleeve 10. Closure flap 18 is formed to fold over the end opening of slide 12 and be retained by the end 20 of slide 10. When in use, the flap 18 may be opened and slide 10 urged to its closed position, and closure flap 18 then be bent back to provide an easel support for the entire dispensing carton and may be laid at an angle within the Magnetic Card file box 24. Sleeve 10 is provided with an area 22 for making notations about the contents of the box.
