This is a water-soluble flux formulation which is characterized in cleaning by use of deionized water, and that meets the antiair and antipollution criteria. The formulation is as follows: by Volume Butyl CELLOSOLVE* 90 ml 47% Methanol 80 ml 42% Triethanolamine 11 ml 11% Malic acid (dl) 0.025 g negligible.
