Sequencing Detector

A sequencing detector detects the proper sequence of turn-on of multiple power supplies and requires power only from the offending supply to assure the proper logical output.

The sequencing detector provides a logical output at terminal A, if V- supply 11 is not turned on prior to the turn-on of V+ supply 13. Threshold V2 allows for the simultaneous turn-on of the V- and V+ supplies, while still ensuring the proper logical output at terminal A. Transistor 15 converts the level of the output signal of transistor 17.
