A low-pressure differential blower is utilized to provide a high-volume low- pressure air flow over a first path while simultaneously providing a low-volume high=pressure air flow over a second path, without necessitating unnecessary power dissipation.

A high-volume low-pressure air flow is maintained through conduit 11 and resistance R(A) by blower 13. Total dynamic pressure tap 15 located within conduit 11 provides a high-pressure input to conduit 17. Conduit 17 discharges back into conduit 11 at venturi 19. Venturi 19 provides a low-pressure discharge zone from conduit 17. A maximum pressure differential is maintained across resistance R(B), thereby providing a low-volume high-pressure path through conduit 17.
