Adhesive Applicator

Adhesive is easily applied about screw heads by using a tool that can uniformly spread the adhesive and remove any excess.

Adhesive 1, such as epoxy, is applied to screws 2 prior to installation in components 3. After seating the screws, tool 4 is placed with guide 5 over the screw head and rotated. Rotation permits curved blades 6 to push the adhesive evenly into counter bore 7, and to scrape up any excess adhesive.
