Programmable Linear Motion Device

Spring-biased slide 1 is carried by "V-Way" slots 2. Insertable cam follower disc 3 is rotably supported within Slide 1. Driver pin 4 carried by rotatable shaft 5 successively engages slots S in aperature 3A of cam follower 3.

Circular movement of pin 4 causes cam follower 3 to be displaced angularly and slide 1 linearly.

Cam follower discs 3 with varying aperature configurations, may be utilized by a single device. Slide 1 is biased in one direction by compression springs 6.
