Compensation of Parasitic Capacities

The function of many electric circuits is impaired by parasitic switching capacities. This applies in particular to integrated circuits, whose integration density and switching speed are limited, since the parasitic capacities have to be charged in each switching step.

The detrimental switching capacities can be eliminated or reduced can be realized in the form of a circuit, consisting of a suitably dimensioned amplifier with a reactance in the feedback branch.
