Abstract

An extruded flat wire bus made with TEFZEL* or equivalent insulation 10 provides the user with a more reliable and damage-resistant product. The extruded flat wire bus further provides for the design of multiple conductor 11 configurations, for application in the distribution of power within electrically operated equipment. Some possible configurations are shown in the drawings.

Uniqueness resides in the additional edge protection offered through the use of pressure extrusion. Further, the spacing between conductors in the multiple conductor assemblies is controllable. * Trademark of E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Co.
