Logout, a Program Having Utility in a High Speed Electronic Test System for Testing Electronic Devices

Reference is made to the flow chart. LOGOUT is an Assembler Language program designed to convert octal functional fail data to hexidecimal.

The program causes a fail register to be read and its data written to magnetic tape in hexadecimal. The data may also appear on a video display or be printed out on a line printer in easy to read English language.

The operation is basicly taking each bit, converting it to ASCII or HEXADECIMAL, packing the data into words and then going to an output routine.
