Abstract

In the more complex integrated circuit modules, it is frequently necessary to connect portions of the printed-circuit pattem on the module with insulated wire by joining the ends of the wire to the printed line. When a number of insulated wires are placed in close parallel relation, inductive coupling may result in noise.

Coupled Noise Reduction Method

In the more complex integrated circuit modules, it is frequently necessary to connect portions of the printed-circuit pattem on the module with insulated wire by joining the ends of the wire to the printed line. When a number of insulated wires are placed in close parallel relation, inductive coupling may result in noise.

In this proces and structure, an additional wire which is grounded is provided for every three signal lines that runs the same length as the other wires. This substantially reduces the coupled noise.
