An exclusive Or circuit of two variables, utilizing four AND-INVERT circuits, to provide the true and complement outputs is depicted in Fig. 1.

The logical circuit depicted in Fig. 2, requires only two transistor-transistor logic (TTL) gates and provides the logical outputs set forth in response to logical inputs of A, B, C, D, E, and F.

The Schottky barrier diodes SBD in the circuit prevent the transistors associated therewith from going into saturation.
