Card Set Registration Mechanism

Certain multipart forms include several sheets which are glued together. These forms can be manufactured by collating individual sheets and then gluing these sheets together.

When the sheets are collated it is essential that there be precise alignment.

In some commercial collators the sheets are aligned by having the sheets strike a fixed stop. Improved alignment can be achieved by adding a cam which can be rotated to push the collated sheets against the stop.
