Magnetic Paper Load Bar

A series of magnets are located on the underside of a paper load bar to facilitate insertion and removal of a paper clamp from a paper drum.

A paper clamp 11 is utilized to fixedly secure a sheet of paper 12 to a drum 13 so that the sheet and drum may thereafter rotate at a high speed without the paper coming loose from the drum. In order to facilitate the placement of the paper clamp 11 in the proper position and to aid in the removal of the clamp from the drum upon the completion of the operation, a series of magnets 15 are located on the underside of load bar 17 and act to attract the paper clamp 11 thereto. Clamp 11 is readily placed on the drum 13 to secure the paper sheets.
