Recording Media Collator

In a continuous recording system made up of two disc recorders stacked on top of a control unit, means must be provided to effectively retrieve recorded discs in the order in which they are recorded.

A basket 1 is connected to open-ended cartridges 2. Included in cartridges 2 are eject springs for causing recorded discs to be ejected into basket 1 upon a disc change cycle. The discs ejected into basket 1 are thus stacked in order for transcription.
