E-shaped frame member 11 has three legs 12-14. It acts as a stiffener and guide interface between the component C and module M, populated packages P, and the power and signal cables, e.g., cable bundle B. Plastic molded member 11 has an inner peripheral groove 15. Pinned board 16 is inserted with its leading edge 17 facing the open side edge of member 11 into groove 15. Insulator board 16 carries two arrays S1, S2 of aligned pins 18 which protrude outwardly from both sides of board 16. When inserted into groove 15, board 16 is straddled between the bifurcated segments of leg 13, formed by groove 15, which pass between the spacing S provided between arrays S1, S2. By judiciously selecting the respective spacings of the vertical outer columns of pins 18 from their adjacent leading and trailing edges 17 and 19, respectively, board 16 will not be fully insertable into groove 15, if leading edge 17 is not inserted first. With board 16, however, properly inserted, edge 19 clears bore 20, and coacting self-tapping screw 21 secures board 16 between the bifurcated segments of leg 13, and the upper, lower and leading edges of board 16 are seated in groove 15.
