Abstract

With this device, a setup on a drill press is used to cut disk or washers from various materials, e.g., brass, copper, rubber, asbestos, felt and stainless steel. This cutter has two adjustable roller knife blades that cut an inside and outside diameter simultaneously. One blade can be removed to cut a disk. The cutter has a spring-loaded center to hold the work in place which can easily be removed and replaced by a suction cup center so as not to mar the material being cut when a disk is needed. The blades are adjustable by sliding and locking for settings of the diameters to be cut.
