Abstract

This readout arrangement is employed for reading out information from a plurality of holograms. These are arranged in different planes as opposed to an arrangement in which all the holograms lie in the same plane. A plurality of holograms HOLO 1...HOLO n is arranged in tandem such that a single laser beam can then be utilized to pass through all holograms. A plurality of readout diode arrays ROD 1...ROD n is positioned in relation to their respective holograms. An address selection method, not shown, the information from the holograms can be read out either singly or in any desired combinations.
