Abstract

This transformer, drawings 1 and 2, comprises two parts, a ferrite pot and premolded pin support 10. The ferrite pot includes core halves 11 and 12, the annular cavities of which are provided with enamelled copper wire coil 13. Halves 11 and 12 are firmly secured one against the other by the use of a resilient tightening clip or spring 14. Pins 15 are distributed on the premolded pin support circumference. The ends of wires issued from coil 13 are soldered to portions 16 of pins 15 after the ferrite pot is forced in the premolded pin support. Molded protective cap 17 is fixed on the device and is cemented to the premolded pin support.
