Abstract

The score divides document A into card 10 and stub 11 and includes two end-perforated parts a and b, two shorter perforated parts c and d, central through-cut part e, and relatively long through-cut parts f and g. Angularly extending through-cut score parts h and j are located on the ends of score parts e, f, and g. Thus after stub 11 is torn from card 10, stub 11 has forwardly extending uniform cut edges defined by score parts e, f, and g for subsequent handling in unit record equipment.
