Abstract

The authenticity of a document can be readily verified by first making a double exposure on a film negative of the object document and of a hologram which can be in the nature of coded spots. Subsequent reproduction via normal photographic processes of the original shows up only the object document and not the coded spots of the hologram. This is because the latter are not reproducible by the normal process.
