The material includes: 100 parts polymer of 2 - chlorobutadiene 1, 3 4 parts Finely divided magnesium oxide powder

5 parts Zinc oxide

20 parts Carbon black pellets, type FEF

2 parts Polymerized trimethyI dihydroquinoline

1 part 2 - Mercaptoimidazoline powder.
