Abstract

A cathode contact for use in electroplating the ends of two sets of conductors 1 and 2, lying in closely spaced parallel planes, consists of metallized rubber tube 3 which is supported by a metal plate not shown. Conductors 2 are separated from conductors 1 on substrate 4 by thin insulating layer 5. Tube 3 can be metallized by electroless plating, painting or coating by vapor deposition.
