Abstract

When three electrical devices 11, 13, and 15 have different heat generating capacities and are in a single container, a separate liquid coolant for each device efficiently removes the heat. Thus, bottom liquid 17 for device 1 1 evaporates and its bubbles condense at the interface with intermediate liquid 19. The latter provides similar cooling for device 13. Top liquid 21 cools device 15 and eventual heat dissipation is done by cooling coil 23.
