Abstract

The composite chip is for photodigital use. The sandwich comprises two conductive layers separated by a support layer. A silver layer is deposited on each of the conductive layers. To record information, an electron beam is used to expose the silver film. Upon readout, a signal detector is attached to the conductive layers such that electron flow is detected.
