Abstract

The hand-operated pneumatic pliers are used for fixing elements onto a substantially rigid panel. The cutting and crimping tool is used for fixing elements onto a printed circuit panel. Cutting is first carried out by two mobile jaws 1 under the action of which both output leads 2 from component 3 come in contact with the central stationary blade 4 and are cut.

Pneumatic Cutting and Crimping Pliers

The hand-operated pneumatic pliers are used for fixing elements onto a substantially rigid panel. The cutting and crimping tool is used for fixing elements onto a printed circuit panel. Cutting is first carried out by two mobile jaws 1 under the action of which both output leads 2 from component 3 come in contact with the central stationary blade 4 and are cut.

After the cutting action, the external radius of jaws 1 exerts, on the cut output leads 2, motion parallel to the printed circuit 5. Maximum crimping is thus obtained when jaws 1 complete their movement.
