Abstract

In this electrical resistivity probe, the contact tip is a separate and removable member. Removable, electrically conducting ball I is retained on the end of metal tube 2 by a suction or vacuum exhaust system not shown. Wire 3, smoldered to tube 2, permits passage of current from an external testing circuit, not shown, to the object under test, which can be, for example, a semiconductor device.
