Abstract

This cover closes off the back of the logic sections of computer gates by abutting the end edges of cards and provides top or bottom access. Foam rubber pad 10 on the inside surface of the cover abuts the cards, not shown, so that vertical, cooling air channels do not leak. Mounting brackets 11 at each of the corners of frame 13 receive axially-sliding. pins 15. Top or bottom hinging is achieved by respectively pulling bottom or top handles 16 or 17 so that associated spring-biased pins 15 are retracted from brackets 11.
