Sealed Centrifuge Container

This arrangement permits particles, deposited on an object by centrifuging, to maintain substantial uniformity of deposition.

A hermetically sealed cap is provided on a centrifuge container. In this, there is placed an object such as a semiconductor ad a fluid containing glass particles in suspension.

During centrifuging of the container, the cap reduces the vortex effects of the fluid on the particles deposited on the object under certain conditions.

Such reduction increases uniformity of particle deposition and permits improved uniformity of glass film formation.
