Abstract

The capacitor, read-only memory comprises carrier 11 having sense conductors 12 embedded in it and is faced with conducting layers 16. Pins 14 pass through the carrier. The entire assembly is coated with a dielectric layer. Where a 1 is stored, the pin is surrounded by a cylindrical electrode. Where a 0 is stored, the cylindrical electrode is removed.

Capacitor Read Only Memory

The capacitor, read-only memory comprises carrier 11 having sense conductors 12 embedded in it and is faced with conducting layers 16. Pins 14 pass through the carrier. The entire assembly is coated with a dielectric layer. Where a 1 is stored, the pin is surrounded by a cylindrical electrode. Where a 0 is stored, the cylindrical electrode is removed.

In a second construction, cylinders are arranged on opposite sides of drive line 25. The strip is used with two rows of pins.
