The fluid operated logical Or has a plurality of input channels 12... 16, communicating with a chamber 17, and an output channel 25 communicating with the chamber. Loss of stream energy in obliquely aligned input channels, especially due to the angular approach of streams in channels 12 and 16, is compensated by exhaust ports 30 and 32.

Loss of stream energy in obliquely aligned input channels, especially due to the angular approach of streams in channels 12 and 16, is compensated by exhaust ports 30 and 32.

These prevent pressure build-up in chamber 17 and cause all streams to accelerate. Streams in the outermost channels 12 and 16 accelerate most significantly and improve reliability.
