Abstract

The handle 10 of the printed circuit card insertion and extraction tool 20 is provided with a cross-member 11 notched to accommodate a pivotally mounted spring-biased latch 12. Grooves 13 are provided in the handle to accept the printed circuit card 14. The cross-member 11 is so positioned that, when the end of the card 14 abuts the cross-member 11, the latch 12 engages a hole or recess 15 in the card 14. This provides a grip upon the card 14 for its insertion into or extraction from a receptacle.
