This invention utilizes a new set of forward and back buttons on the browser's toolbar, user could navigate through the recently visited bookmark pages. User would be capable of loading every bookmark in the tree, in a sorted list according to the user's history, simply by clicking the new forward and back buttons.

Disclosed is a device that utilizes a new set of forward and back buttons on the browser's toolbar enabling the user to navigate through the recently visited bookmark pages. The user would be capable of loading every bookmark in the tree in a sorted list according to the user's history simply by clicking the new forward and back buttons.

(1) This invention introduces a new bookmarks history list and a new navigation button to traverse the list and load the webpages in the list. (2) This invention also introduces a new feature that will allow the user to traverse their bookmark lists without having to open the bookmark list and pointing and clicking on the URL description.

(1) A new filter parameter will be needed to only view recently visited bookmarks in the history list. The user will have the options to display different types of drop-down lists. If the user chooses the display option to view multiple drop-down history lists, he can choose what list should display depending on the filter parameters chosen. The user can choose to display only the recently visited bookmarks or a list that includes all recently visited web pages. If multiple history lists are available, the current forward and back buttons that come standard on web browsers will have an additional feature to query the user which drop-down history list to traverse.
